My client is currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator on an initial contract basis to be based in Winnersh Triangle as soon as possible.
This role be on a temp to perm basis.
Hours: Mon-Fri (8-5) - flexibility will be needed
* Facilities Ticketing System (TopDesk).
* Undertake contractor management process, working with the facilities team - general running of site
* Work with Building Operations Manager and Health & Safety Advisor to issue and manage the Facilities Management system
* Work with Facilities Manager to coordinate general Office Layouts from numbers required and capacity available.
* Support other staff with site events - moving furniture
* Manage all facilities in accordance with line managers and customer's needs.
* Ensuring completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks.
* To act as a point of liaison between the Clients
