A highly successful and growing manufacturer are actively recruiting to a Facilities Administrator position to be based in a fast paced team. This is a temporary role that will run initially for 6 months, with scope for extension.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updating of relevant systems & databases
- Production of documentation using MS Word; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Act as a main point of contact for the team
- Co-ordination of meetings; including room booking and travel arrangements
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role; ideally within a manufacturing environment. You will have experience of working well under pressure; with the ability to effectively organise and prioritise your own workload. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
