An opportunity has arisen in Finance Services for an Export Control Administrator. The role will provide effective support for the Shared Services Export Control and Import, Export Services teams.

As an Export Control Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:
- General departmental administrative duties
- Screening third parties in line with business processes
- Producing Hand Carry Authorisations for employees travelling abroad, issuing correspondence with external suppliers to gather Export Compliance information on the goods procured into the business
- Record keeping administration duties
- Production of Metrics & KPIs
- Ad-hoc tasks, as required during peak times to balance team workload and meet service commitments
- Participation in continuous improvement activities
- Fulfil the duties of a project team member when assigned to change initiatives. These may range from small change projects to service transition projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines.

The Individual

As an Export Control Administrator your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Regulatory/governance background would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong attention to detail & record keeping

- Strong IT skills, particularly in the use of MS Office packages
- There may be a requirement to travel to other sites, so a flexible working attitude is required.
