AndersElite are one of the best-known recruitment consultancies in the UK operating within the construction market. We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Southampton team as an Executive PA, working in a fast paced, high performing part of the business. This is a permanent, senior administration role, providing support to four Directors within the senior management team.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organising events and conferences
  • Compiling reports to be distributed at Board level
  • Assisting in the production of corporate presentations
  • Organising travel, transport and accommodation
  • Diary Management
  • Collating data relating to payroll and finance
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise their own workload, as well as being confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Accuracy and attention to detail is important to the role and tact and discretion, with appreciation for confidentiality, is paramount. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office packages (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required. Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
