Morson International is proud to be the recruitment partner for The Low Carbon Contracts Company as they embark upon a large and varied recruitment campaign.

The Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) and the Electricity Settlements Company (ESC) sit at the heart of the delivery of the UK's goals for secure, affordable and sustainable electricity. Run as a private, not for profit limited company, the LCCC primarily provides the mechanism behind Contracts for Difference (CfD) - a contract introduced by the government to incentivise investment in secure, low-carbon electricity.

By enabling smaller low-carbon generators to gain entry through long-term revenue stabilisation, the LCCC plays a pivotal part in the UK's Energy Market Reform, the biggest change to the electricity market since privatisation.

3 years from its inception and having met short term objectives, they look now to move to the next strategic phase and are investing significantly in the workforce and are now looking to recruit a Executive PA to contribute towards ongoing success

Reporting to: Director of People &Organisation Development

Role Summary:

The Executive PA will provide executive level support and diary management to the CEO and all members of the SMT. They will also support the Director of Legal in providing a secretariat function to the Board including support managing the preparation of Board and Committee meetings, agendas and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary management
* Organise the CEO and members of the SMT's diaries, meetings and workload in line with mutually agreed priorities and processes
* Manage the inbox of the CEO and CFO, providing a checklist of items for completion or response
* Action and report on the progress of any actions the CEO/CFO needs support on SMT Management
* Act as first point of contact for SMT in relation to internal and external stakeholders
* Act as secretariat for all SMT, commercial team and commercial lead meetings, taking minutes, distributing actions and chasing for completion as required
* Prepare minutes/action lists at key internal meetings including following up on outstanding deadlines
* Prepare presentations and reports
LCCC reserves the right to assign other duties commensurate with the role as required
* Monitor GDPR Subject Access Request (SAR) inbox
* Support the Director of Legal as DPO with any data protection requirements
* Organise and co-ordinate internal and external conference calls/video conferences
for SMT members as and when required
* Process SMT expenses
* Arrange travel itineraries including booking of travel and accommodation
* Manage key documents and manage financial and other processes for the SMT
Board Management
* Support the Director of Legal to provide a Board secretariat service which is
efficient and best in class
* Organise board and sub-committee meetings and supporting the Chairman and
non-executive directors regarding organisation related matters
* Act as Board administrator, being visible during Board and strategy sessions, being
on hand to support Board members as required
* Manage the Diligent portal ensuring timely upload and maintenance of Board
documentation, archiving documents in line with GDPR as required
* Manage Board expenses, tracking for signature, submission and timely payment
Stakeholder management
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to
raise organisations profile and that of the Executive PA
* Oversee postage, taxi and courier services
* Sort and distribute mail
* Monitor and order the purchase of equipment and supplies as required and
manage delivery
* Administrate the CEO/CFO Company Procurement Card
* Undertake other ad-hoc administration projects commensurate with the grade of
this role

Skills/Experience Required for the Role:

* An enthusiastic, can-do, proactive and highly-organised individual with a passion
for quality, with a proven track record of providing support and building strong
working relationships at an executive level
* Excellent communication skills, an outstanding ambassador and exemplar for the
company both internally and externally
* Strong experience of complex diary management, along with a high-level of
competence with Microsoft Office
* Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast paced, constantly changing
* Experience in organising all aspects of formal executive board meetings and
working with executive board members
* Experience and success in leading smaller multidisciplinary projects
* Previous PA/EA experience essential
* Team player with credibility working with Executive and Board level stakeholders.
* Able to escalate appropriately
