Estates Surveyor required for a permanent role with our client - a leading Utilities firm.
Assist with the management of an extensive portfolio of rural catchment lands and properties and to provide professional property advice to the capital programme teams for land acquisitions and statutory claims.
Maximising financial performance from the company property asset base.
Protect core business interests through stakeholder and community-engaged acquisition and management of infrastructure, land and buildings.
You'll be RICS qualified, an enthusiastic team player and someone who genuinely understands what outstanding customer service is all about. You also should have really good numeracy and IT skills, be able to build and manage annual income and expenditure budgets and hold a full current driving licence. Finally you'll be able demonstrate that you have initiative, the ability to prioritise your own workload and an appetite for new learning.
The post involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, tenants, community groups and external customers and previous experience in a similar Estates Management role is essential.
