Morson International work closely with a global technology solutions company. They continue to have huge success across the global within the telecommunications arena and now have a newly formed IT Solutions business for Enterprise customers that they aim to make as successful as their telecoms dealings.

As part of their impressive expansion, my client is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be based in either Munich, Dusseldorf or Bonn.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Customer Relationship activities.
* Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product and service portfolio development ideas.
* Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
* Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
* Working to stringent targets.
* Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
* Communicate coordinate with various internal departments within and outside Enterprise department
* Plan and support market branding actions in the enterprise area, attend industry events related to technology forums and industry presentations
* Track potential competitors, developing alternative strategies
* Knowledge transfer to technical sales team members

REQUIREMENTS
* Technical Background in ICT, having knowledge with Server, Storages, Networks, Clouds and typical applications in Enterprise Environment.
* Experience in working with customers, including senior managers, IT and procurement departments as well as project teams.
* Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
* Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
* Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
* Proven work experience in German enterprise area.
* Good network of contacts within BMW and/or Daimler
* Strong market and solution knowledge
* Strong communication skills
* Fluency in German and English is a must
* Accept business trips, mainly within Germany
* Must be eligible to work within the EU
