Engineering Technician (Revit)

We are looking for a logical, influencing and knowledgeable Engineering Technician to join our Garswood and Hatfield Team.

About the role:
The role of Engineering Technician is to assist the Project Engineers and Engineering Manager to offer customers effective and safe support with our products offered through Total Solutions Team.

Daily duties are varied and include the following:

Efficiently dealing with customers' enquiries, contributing to the design and drawing of suitable schemes using equipment
Producing accurate kit lists, to meet client's deadlines
Finalising clients' requirements, contributing to the timely production suitable schemes using our equipment
Producing suitable general arrangement, & detail drawings
Creating accurate picking lists for each scheme pricing, effectively communicating with Operations and Sales
Producing accurate fabrication drawings for special parts
Efficient use of Revit and AutoCAD to produce high quality drawings
Complying, monitoring and improving QA Procedures
Complying with Management H&S documents. Contributing to safe designs, schemes, method statements and risk assessments in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015
Professionally communicating with clients via email, letter and phone

About you:
We want to talk to people with Revit and AutoCAD experience, a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Science and Maths.

We are keen to hear from people with a background in construction, civil engineering or heavy industry sectors, but will also consider people from other sectors with the required skills.
