Our client is a major global player in the nuclear industry. Operating on a UK nuclear licensed site specialising in:

Safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services

Deconversion of the by-product of enrichment into a more stable form for long term storage for future enrichment or final disposal.

Radioactive waste management and decommissioning services.

They are now looking to add to the Electronics team and are looking for someone with the following desired skills:

In depth Electronics knowledge, in theory and practice

Ability to understand Electronic drawings

Good understanding of electronic circuit building blocks

Understanding of electronics formula and their practical use

Design of new electronics equipment

Redesigning circuits / equipment (obsolete components, change of requirements).

Electronics fault finding to a very high level

Power Theory

PCB design

Experience working on plant

General Inverter Drive knowledge

PLC experience (but not essential)

Degree in Electronic Engineering
