Morson International are currently recruiting for an Electronic Assembly Operative to work for an engineering company in Cheltenham. You will form part of the Assembly Team and will be hands-on in manufacturing electo-mechanical components and final units using and learning skills such as soldering and crimping.

In this role you will:

  • Manufacture electrical components in accordance with drawings and instructions
  • Manufacture mechanical components in accordance with drawings and specifications
  • Maintain build documentation
  • Keep accurate and up to date training records of your progress within the role
  • Carry out testing an inspection when needed

To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who have experience of previously working with, assembling, building or producing electronic products and are keen to progress their career. This role will require working with small mechanical and electrical components, so having good eyesight and a methodical approach will be essential in this position.
