About the Role

In this challenging and exciting role you will be responsible for a highly focussed Customer Service Delivery team, offering you the opportunity to lead, manage, and coach a team to deliver an excellent internal service to customers.

Key Accountabilities/Tasks

Lead a craft team providing Electrical and Field Automation Support within Clients Services (Grampian) Ltd operational sites.

Take ownership and develop a culture for all aspects of performance management within the team, ensuring that appropriate financial, people and operational controls are implemented to deliver an efficient and effective service.

Deliver excellence in Health, Safety & Wellbeing, lead the initiatives and improvements within the team while promoting this within the wider Electrical & Maintenance (E&M) community.

Be a key contributor in the continued success of Clients Services (Grampian) Ltd, enhancing business performance to exceed customer and regulators expectations.

Work closely with Operational teams to enhance the E&M service.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
Capable of building a high performing team and developing people to realise their full potential and achieve results through effective coaching, delegation and support.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication skills, to engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders and front line employees.
The ability to present complex subject matter in an appropriate format for the audience.
Ability to make decisions based on analysis of information within a very fast paced, customer focused environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
A full current driving licence is essential for this role.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
E&M technical knowledge.
Good knowledge and understanding of waste water processes.
Working knowledge of CMMS.
Previous leadership experience.
Hold 17th Edition, as a minimum
Preferably experienced in SCADA systems and Fire & Gas Systems
