Electrical Engineer - North Warwickshire

Description
The current shifts for this role is Mornings - 06:00am to 14:00pm, Afternoons - 14:00pm to 22:00pm and Nights - 20:00pm to 06:00am

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:
* To safely operate and maintain all systems and associated equipment on site in line with current legislation
* To maintain a good working relationship with customer representatives and work in a manner, which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between client and the customer are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism
* To carry out all PPM and repairs as necessary
* Responsible for all installations and maintenance of site Electrical HV & LV Systems
* Complete the relevant paperwork and report diligently
* Responsible for all record keeping, control of sub-contractors and raising and issuing of safety documentation as required
* Ability to work in a customer focused environment where quality and image is very important
* Ensure any parts required are clearly and accurately stated
* Ensure that any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager
* Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a daily basis or as required.
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
* Understanding of company procedures
* Understanding of escalation procedures
* To be available for out of hours call out, weekend working depending on production and business requirements
* To be able to issue and work to PTW
* All PPE and Uniform, Mobile Phone Basic and specialised tools will be supplied.
* A flexible approach to working hours, areas to support service delivery and contract requirements
* Managing workloads will be critical to success as will the regular analysis of reactive breakdowns to ensure route causes are identified and eliminated to successfully achieve KPI's
* Working to a high standard of Building Maintenance on site
* We require a fully reliable Time Served Electrical Engineer who can work on their own initiative or within a team environment
* Produce quality reports of their findings along with estimates and sourcing of parts if required
* To assist in delivering those aspects of the Company Performance Contract as they relate to this site, including satisfying all the requirements of the Company and the contract with the Customer, in line with existing procedures, by:
* Fulfilling site health, safety and environmental, quality and customer service targets
* Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of existing plant and equipment and diagnosing faults as required.
* Safely and efficiently maintaining (or supervising the maintenance by third party contractors of) existing plant and equipment
* Safely and efficiently installing (or supervising the installation by third party contractors of) new plant and equipment
* To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of the equipment outside of normal working hours (on call)

Qualifications or Required Experience:
* Apprenticeship, primary trade qualifications and substantial experience within a building services environment
* A recognised industry Electrical qualification will be required
* previous experience is essential
* IPAF 3a & 3b
* Health & Safety Awareness
* Legionella Awareness
* Proficient in use of IT software Word/Excel etc.
* Ability to effectively work under pressure
* Ability to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
* Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
* Ability to operate in a customer focused environment
* Confident and positive
* Reliable and Flexible
* Able to work alone and Supervise a team of Technical operatives

* AP15 - HV Qualified up to 11KV
* IEE 17th Edition
* AP12 - LV Qualified
* 2391 City & Guilds Inspection & Testing
