Early Careers Administrator; Fulwood, Preston; 6-month contract; £8.83 ph paye.
We are looking to recruit an Early Careers Administrator to be based at our client's site based in Fulwood Preston.
The Early Careers Apprentice & Skills Administrator will
Deliver effective administrative support to the Skills Development Coaches and Manager to ensure the effective delivery of the apprenticeship standard that fully meets the quality and compliance standards expected
Accurately maintain and record data in accordance with funding, quality and awarding body requirements and effectively monitor and maintain apprentice learning records
Provide as required detailed management information reports to the funding and quality central team and wider business function
Support with both internal and external compliance and quality audits

Principle Responsibilities
Report to EC Quality, Funding & Safeguarding Manager responsible for Funding and Quality service delivery
Develop close working relationships with other members of the Central Team (Funding & Quality/EC Apprentice & Skills Training Services) in order to reduce redundant work effort and increase sharing best practice, knowledge and processes
Provide communication and timely reports to the customer's business and / or funding bodies on funding and quality related processes and updates as required
Provide advice, input, updates and support to site-based training teams and/or training managers
To support the funding team with general learner file administration, including the set-up of new learner files, scanning and destroying of old apprentice files along with constant monitoring of apprentice files to ensure that all the required information is in the file and completed to the standard required
To be responsible for the inputting of new learner details from the ILR on to the MI system and updating any changes to programme as required
Support with the auditing of all learner completer files ensuring compliance to the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and internal ISO requirements
Support with the monitoring and tracking of Learner Progress Reviews and Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to ensure that they are completed timely and fully meet both the quality and compliance standards required
To support with apprentice placement planning, tracking and monitoring ensuring that all parties are fully aware of roles and responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of both compliance and quality audits as required
To support with the monitoring and tracking of apprentice time and attendance producing detailed reports as required
To support with the scheduling and tracking of End Point Assessment (EPA) activity and certification
To support with awarding body registrations and certification as required
Support with the production of robust weekly and monthly funding and quality reports as required by the business. o Provide administrative support for a range of meetings
Provide support for business units dealing with day to day queries
Essential Knowledge / Technical Skills
Good knowledge and understanding of funding requirements (ESFA / SDS)
Passionate about apprentice and skills training Evidence of effective and efficient organisational and administrative skills

Minimum Qualifications
Level 2 Mathematics and English
Competent IT user with experience of Word, Excel and management information systems
