We are looking for a DOCUMENT CONTROL / ADMINISTRATOR to be based in our Client offices in Reading.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for collating and agreeing Handover and LTQR packs with client Project site packs.
General site and office administration
Site training courses for all Project employees
Booking site medicals
Arranging Waivers and site visits for personnel, suppliers and vehicles
Dealing with laptop and restricted items site permits
Arranging Clearance forms for new clearances / transfer of clearances and renewing clearances and Site Passes
Must be able to prove competence
Strong inter-personal and communication skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Good time management and organisational skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
DV SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
HOURLY RATES WILL BE AGREED BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND AVAILABILITY
NOTE FOR APPLICANTS:
The role is based in the UK until March / April 2020 when it will possibly relocate to France.
