Technical Assurance and Commissioning Administration Assistant

Position Description
We are looking to appoint a technical assurance / commissioning assistant to join our team and project team that is currently looking after the BMS solution on Crossrail. The position will report into our technical assurance manager and commissioning manager and will be based out of our offices in Bracknell/ London site office.
Position Deliverables
* Assist in managing flow of information to ensure compliance with assurance and evidence deliverables.
* Assist in managing the flow of commissioning documentation.
* Assist in managing FAT, ISAT, SAT and witnessing documentation.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary

* Exposure to project administration is desirable
* Exposure to the construction industry and the mechanical and electrical is desirable.
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
* Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
* High school diploma BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred


* Fluency in MS Office and Excel
* Strong numeracy skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
