Morson International are delighted to be working with our Client who are currently seeking a Digital Workplace Support (Administrator).
Purpose of the role
The Digital Workplace Support Role will report to the Digital Workplace Consultant, your role is to provide general administration support to the Digital Workplace team, assisting and supporting the day to day operation as well as completing simple practical IT tasks
Your role will include, but will not be restricted to the following:
Promote a high level of satisfaction among Client users by promptly responding to their service requirements.
Administrator for all paperwork and filing structures for the Digital Workplace Team if needed.
Support with simple IT tasks as requested by the digital team.
Assures compliance with policies, procedures and standard practices.
Carry out simple technical IT tasks as requested by the digital team
Manage consumables and critical spares held on site maintaining an up to date inventory.
Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training.
Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
Entering system data and providing the overall system administration.
Task management oversight ensuring tasks are progressing with the required team and updates chased or escalated as required.
Perform any adhoc duties as requested by the digital team.
Proactively communicate any operational matters of concern & potential issues with your line manager, ensuring resolution at an early stage.
Able to undertake simple practical IT tasks as requested.
You may be expected to undertake any other duties commensurate with the activities listed above and within general office support/facilities management area.
Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.
Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with performance.
Demonstrate responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for service delivery.
Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction.
You will have outstanding customer service skills and orientation
have the ability to multi task and always maintain professionalism under stressful situations without supervision
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook, and possess excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, corporate multi-national environment
Must be able to demonstrate flexibility in relation to type of works carried out and availability
Experience in a hands-on role working within an events environment and facilities environment
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm - 1 hour for lunch
Location: Holborn, London
Duration: Initially up to 8 weeks, could be for longer
