We are looking for a talented and confident digital marketing coordinator to join our award-winning Marketing team based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre). This role would be ideal for a new or recent graduate.
The marketing team is a vibrant and enterprising department, valuing entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. The team works to market both the Group and its subsidiary companies as well as creating recruitment campaigns for our clients, meaning the marketing environment has both an inhouse and agency feel.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator will execute digital marketing activity in line with the wider marketing strategy across the Group and its subsidiary companies as well as supporting the team with elements of creative work and getting thoroughly involved with campaign planning. Your role will give you the opportunity to enhance and maximise the impact of marketing across our online real estate.
You will have demonstrable experience working in a digital marketing role, managing websites and building integrated digital marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels. Experience of technical SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media is essential as well as the ability to analyse and report on set KPI's.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing all website content updates and improvements
- Creation and management of microsites for key clients
- Creation of optimised web content
- Technical SEO
- PPC and digital advertising
- Executing integrated campaigns across digital and social media platforms
- Driving traffic to the website
- Link building and developing relationships with other third-party websites
The suitable candidate for this role will be self-motivated and highly-focused, with a strong desire to achieve. An appropriate degree or professional qualification and/or prior experience of digital marketing, content and social media is required. Experience with email marketing is also advantageous. You will have great problem-solving and copywriting skills, with the flexibility to cope with multiple tasks and deadlines. A large dose of team spirit, fun and creativity is a must!
