Title: Digital Learning Consultant (contract)
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Full time
We are currently looking for a Digital Learning Consultant for our client in Crawley. This key role will be responsible for setting and developing the Digital Learning Strategy for a global and complex organisation in the defence industry. This is a brand new role that will give you the opportunity to shape the future of E-Learning within the organisation.
-Work in partnership with UK Learning and Development colleagues to develop, lead and execute a digital transformation strategy that evolves the learning offering within the function
-Source, curate and design learning interventions to create a culture of accessible learning for the masses (Through MOOCs and other online platforms)
-Understanding future development in E-Learning to ensure that they have a digital learning platform that delivers business performance and makes learning accessible to all. This includes demonstrating ROI to the learning impact and experience of UK employees.
-Working with the Employee learning role to evolve digital solutions to widen the options for learning based on employee preferences and profile types
-Have a clear line of sight with UK strategy to understand UK requirements in order to deliver a wide range of learning interventions. Work with the UK learning champions to incorporate the business requirements in developing a wider suite of blended learning
-Liaise with international stakeholders to leverage global digital initiatives and ensure the UK digital strategy is aligned to group
You will be an experienced E-Learning Manager with a track record of developing strategy and implementing new E-Learning programmes which hold credibility with the business. You will be adept at educating the business as to what Digital Learning is and how it aligns to the company ethos.
You will also be a strong communicator who can draw on their current network to find the right solutions for the E-Learning Strategy as well as developing the capability of current e-Learning managers.
