Desktop Support Engineer, 2nd line support, second line support, Windows 7, Desktop Support Analyst, troubleshooting
Morson International have an active requirement for a Desktop Support Engineer required for our client based in the Gloucestershire area for an initial 3 month rolling contract.
The role involves installing desktop equipment and re-tests as well as having to repair build and configure PC's from a pre-defined build image, including downloading and testing of customer profiles and applications.
- Desktop troubleshooting
- Windows 7
- Application troubleshooting
- Basic networking
- Some practical and recent IT support work experience
- Knowledge of IT support processes
- Good understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems
Desirable Technical knowledge
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Microsoft qualification (MCP or equivalent)
