Data Administrator; Based in Portsmouth; 6-month duration ££8.50ph 37.5 hrs per week rostered between 7.30am-6pm Mon-Fri.
We are looking to recruit a data administrator to be based at our client's site in Portsmouth.
The purpose of the role is to carry out transactional HR activity within the Shared Service Centre (SSC) on HR related processes in accordance with operating procedures and guidelines.
Main Tasks:
Delivery of transactional HR activities using SuccessFactors (HR database) and SAP including but not limited to:
Efficiently and effectively review daily Audit Report. Activities include:
Reconcile Audit Report to source documents
Identify discrepancies and flag to Originator
Approve and retain Audit Report
Scan source documents and save to Share Point
Efficiently and effectively processing changes to employee Absence records. Activities include:
Assigning Incidents relating to absence from Incident Management System
Updating Absence records in SAP
Update Originator of any days taken in excess of entitlements
Scan source documents and save to Share Point
Efficiently and effectively distribute candidates CV. Activities include:
Review new applicants
Forward CV's to Hiring Managers
Reject unsuccessful candidates
Ensure the above processes are delivered within Governance Framework
Any other ad-hoc projects or requests
Raise any unusual or challenging enquiries to Team Leader
Continuous review of processes and documentation

Technical Experience and Qualifications required

Experience of following documented processes, accurately and to time
Experience of working in a large Team
Experience of working in a customer centric environment

Skills & Competencies

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office 2010 suite of applications including Excel, Word and Outlook. (essential)
Experience of SuccessFactors (desirable)
Experience of SAP (desirable)
