An opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Officer to support both Managers and the team with the creation of a project performance data set from multiple sources for a large defence company.
Your role responsibilities will consist of supporting the transfer of data from a range of legacy formats (PowerPoint, PDF, Excel files) to new company data file in Excel. The role will involve undertaking the transfer of various forms of data, from existing tools and databases, and uploading to the new file(s).
The jobholder will be responsible for delivering a high level of administrative and business support to Managers and their team. You must be proficient and confident in the use of IT tools such as Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), PDF. Primavera experience and/or working experience within a project management organisation would be advantageous but not essential. You will have a methodical approach to working along with good attention to detail. You will be dependable & efficient.
