Our Global Manufacturing client in Trafford Park has a requirement for a Data Administrator (Maintenance) to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.


The main responsibility is to support maintenance work at the plant by performing data entry to support the work management processes, procurement and invoice processes.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for generation of key performance indicators for the maintenance team. The responsibilities will enable the execution of work order scheduling, coordination, job kitting and execution, paying vendors appropriately for materials and services and facility performance dialog via performance metrics and goals.

Main Tasks:

* Support Maintenance and Engineering teams by completing data entry in all phases of work management, from the point of identification of work through to execution of the task
* This work includes but is not limited to Generation of PMs, closure of work orders, reporting labour hours, printing work orders, maintaining the weekly work schedule, raising purchase requests, receiving purchase orders
* Support performance management of the maintenance function by completing data entry to generate performance metrics such as, auditing timesheets, PMs that have not been completed, schedule compliance
* Any additional administrative support for the Maintenance team as required


Qualifications:

* GCSE's including Maths and English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Knowledge of financial payment processes (invoices)
* Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Working knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System - Maximo is preferred although not essential
* Good computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - knowledge of Business Objects is beneficial
* Experience in maintenance administration/ engineering stores in a plant environment is strongly preferred
