1) Provides services to our customer for both network implementation and after sales support activities. 2) Technical support for VoLTE and R4 Core network elements - MSS, MGW and oTAS - both Bare Metal and Cloud. 3) Hands on experience for commissioning, integration, system acceptance testing and software upgrade, 4) Works independently with the responsibility for advanced trouble shooting and solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. 5) New technology pilot support and Service deployment 6) Technical support tasks like Software upgrade Support, Emergency Support and O&M Services to our customers. 7) Works to guarantee the best possible quality of technical and professional performance. 8) Shares technical knowledge and experience and provide competence transfer to team members. 9) Strong experience in telecommunication implementation and support services, familiar with VoLTE and R4 Network Elements, familiar with CCS7, SIP, Diameter etc. 10) Good IP knowledge with strong IP network practical experience.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Services delivery understanding. Strong understanding of 3G/4G telecommunications networks. Proven ability to work with others to meet common objectives and customer expectations. Able to work in a changing environment and able to adapt with these changes. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Takes initiative to creatively resolve issues and find solutions. Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical-LC/Computer Systems/Telecommunications) Minimum 7 years experience on Nokia CS Core network elements.
