Customer Service Specialist

Specialist Customer Experience
The Specialist's primary responsibility will be to handle the Order to Cash process in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring performance standards are met and maintained, to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index.
Core Responsibilities:
* Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
* Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
* Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
* Ensure all orders are entered within timeframe to meet OTTR targets
* Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
* Provides sales order status data and delivery
* Process changes and enhancements to orders
* Create needed documentation to assist customer return of product for credit or repair
* Maintains complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests
* Ability to seize entry level customer service calls
* Must continually exceed at all required performance levels consistently
* Support the development of internal documentation
* Maintains acceptable call evaluation requirement
* Maintains acceptable VOC requirement
