- Working within the building services industry
- Processing work orders/maintenance tasks from raising to completion
- Working on the phones liaising with clients
- focusing on one area of clientele
- split into small teams so a very close working environment
- Typical clients include banks, rail stations etc
- On-the-job training is provided
- First point of contact between clients to log job orders and see them through to completion within a given time frame/working to a KPI
- Passionate about providing good customer service
- Someone who is proactive and willing to get involved

- Ability to work to deadlines and achieve KPIs
