Our client have a Part time Customer Service opportunity based in Glasgow city centre on a contract basis available.
Candidates must have Customer Service/Call centre experience and well as good IT/administration skills, they must be available to work the required shifts (below)
Working within their faults and emergencies department, duties will be as follows:
Handling incoming calls from customers
Assisting customers with difficult complaints
Calmly and efficiently communicating advice to customers under emergency situations.
Obtaining necessary and accurate information from the customer to resolve any enquiries/ queries
General administration tasks / Updating systems etc
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Good telephone manner
Good keyboard skills and experience of Windows environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to remain calm and customer focused under pressure
Shift pattern will be:
Monday 6am -2pm
(Flexible approach to working hours as part of the Emergency operations)
