Our client has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator for a contract role in Stepps.
Working as part of a very busy team, this is a fast paced role and will involve responding to calls and emails and assisting with queries. Logging calls and reacting promplty to requests. Providing assistance and support to other team members. General Adminstration supprt and producing reports as required.
Excellent communication skills are required with a friendly and postive work attitude. Able to work pro actively as part of a busy team. Lean new skills quickly and good attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience within Administration, Customer Service or Helpdesk would be an advantage.
Working Full Time Hours - Mon - Friday 9am to 5pm
