Customer Service Administrator; based in Preston; 6 month contract; £9.00 per hour
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work in a Resourcing Operations Team for a busy manufacturing client based in Preston. The role will involve working with the Contingent Labour Recruitment process.
The successful applicant will have previous administration /customer service experience along with a good telephone manner. It is important that candidates are able to work as part of a fast-paced team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role, along with being proficient in the use of MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook
The role will involve;
Work with hiring managers to manage their Temporary staff workflow.
Answering phone and email queries at the first point of contact for customer and suppliers regarding the end to end Contingent Labour Recruitment Process
Checking vacancies and releasing them to the PSL
Progressing candidates through a resourcing system (ERS)
Facilitate Interview Arrangements.
Chasing hiring managers for feedback on rejected candidates.
Work closely with other teams to resolve vacancy queries.
Chasing for contract extensions
Working to SLAs
Accurately updating Excel spread sheets and producing daily/weekly reports
Liaising with stakeholders and members of the Category Team.
Providing system guidance to customers and suppliers.
Implementing Process Improvements
Using ERS (Enhanced Resourcing System)
Experience of adding filters to Excel spread sheets is required.
The working hours of this team are Mon - Thurs 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 12.30pm
