Our client based in Stepps is looking for a Customer Service Administrator on a long term ongoing contract to start ASAP.
Initially for 4-6 months with a good chance to get extended for the right person.
They are looking for a general good administrator with previous customer service experience to work within a busy office for a leading utilities company.
You will be assisting the team in general customer services queries from internal customers, call handling, general administration duties, and processing/inputting data onto the client's in-house systems.
Skills required,
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Microsoft Package (Excel/Word etc)
Ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently
Good people/ communication skills

Hours of Work
8am - 4pm Monday - Thursday
8am - 3.30pm Friday
