Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a 4 week contract based in Edinburgh.
The duties of the role will include:
1)To receive and acknowledge orders and check for prices.
2)To process orders in a timely manner and provide order confirmation to the customer
3)Update and communicate to the relevant departments on the status of and any changes to orders.
4)Update, and communicate to relevant departments, any alterations to orders.
5)E-mailing and mailing and faxing of documents to customers.
6)Arrange transportation to meet customer needs.
7)To ensure filing is kept up to date.
8)Liaise with Finance Department on possible debtors.
