Provide excellent customer service in day to day contact with Customers, Sales reps and Agents: dealing with daily queries and requests
Manage reservations and update order books accordingly maintaining a clean order book at all times.
works closely with DC staff to ensure efficient and on time deliveries to our customers
Maintain close relationships with sales teams, ensuring that communication is maintained on all aspects of deliveries and supply issues
Answer incoming customer calls/emails promptly and deal with all customer requests as fully as possible
Create and set up new customer accounts and request credit limit with accounts
Order entry on to system where necessary
Reservation of stock, chasing imports/buyer for orders to be placed if no stock to reserve against
Complete customer NLF's, Order confirmations, Fab forms, images etc.
Chase for customer PO's
Create and send spec sheet for processing at source to imports
Work with shipping to expedite containers where required,
Work closely with the merchandising team and rephrase orders where required due to demand.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
Experience in a multi-speed supply chain environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel (Pivot Tables) Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrable excellent time management ability
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team.
Analytical skills and good business acumen
Excellent attention to detail
