Seeking an experienced business analyst with deep insights of travelers and local markets. Responsible for conducting data analysis with in-house database and external market intelligence leveraging Ant Financial's capabilities as well as those of the the Group. Working closely with local business development, marketing teams and China headquarters in Hangzhou to provide high quality insights and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:
* Create and update weekly EMEA dashboard to monitor key metrics and KPI's at various dimensions: EMEA-wide, Key Markets (top 6 countries), other Markets, Key Project team performance, Individual performance
* Gather, analyse and interpret data to create meaningful insights to improve performance, products and services
* Support Business Development teams conduct merchant acquisition discussions by conducting analyses leveraging in-house tools and public data
* Provide ROI and impact assessment to Marketing to design and execute marketing campaigns
* Provide ROI and impact assessment to Marketing to design and execute marketing campaigns
* Support ad-hoc BI requests for support of EMEA business lead and individual team members
* Keep up to date proactively with local teams and with head office BI team in Hangzhou act as a bridge between BI teams in HZ and Europe for communication and updates in both directions

Key requirements:
-A university degree in business management or with business analysis experience
-A minimum of five years experience in conducting business analysis. Consulting industry experience are welcomed as well
-Creative, proactive and detail-oriented and willing to work with a team
-Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English. Basic knowledge of one additional European language would be a plus (e.g. French/Italian/German)
-Location: Based at one of the 5 European offices (London/Paris/Munich/Milan/Amsterdam)

KPI and measurement:
-Quality of output reports on a constant basis to proactively communicate insights and draw implication from data
-Quality and number of support working directly with merchant to drive customer intelligence analytics
-Participation in merchant acquisition discussions along with BD
-Quality of support provided to Marketing to design and execute campaigns
