MAIN OBJECTIVE OF JOB:

Knowledge

*Manage a pipeline of Knowledge Management drumbeat and improvement tasks effectively.
*Organise creation of effective and high quality knowledge articles which support the SIAM Knowledge Management strategy.
*Ensure that the knowledge bases are managed and maintained as per Contract Obligations.
*Ensure KM Contractual Obligations are tracked and met.
*Champion the Knowledge Management culture by encouraging and supporting the representatives across the Business to adopt and be fully engaged in the process.
*Identify opportunities to improve the Knowledge Management process which support the KM Objectives and lead the opportunities through to completion.
*Communicate the Knowledge Management Key performance Indicators to Key Stakeholders and manage operational risks accordingly.

CSI

*Pro-actively seeks out CSI opportunities, working with key stakeholders and contributors and deliver improvement initiatives to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Service Leads, Account Leads, Commercial Leads, Operational Capability teams, cross lifecycle functions customers and suppliers.
*Ensure opportunities are baselined where possible so that measured improvement can be demonstrated and reported on.
*Maintain an overview of total improvement opportunities (CSI register), so that duplicate or conflicting effort can be avoided.
*Drive the managed suppliers continual improvement processes, ensuring that the client obtains the anticipated value and benefits from the relationships and associated contracts.
*Hold a weekly CSI progress review with the customer
*Hold a monthly review with the customer to agree, prioritise and report progress of CSI delivery
*Track and progress against targets via the KPI metrics report
