We have an opportunity for a CS&A Technical Clerk based on Sellafield Site in Cumbria.


Preparation, implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Document System.
Promotion of continuous improvement across the Project documentation systems.
Understand and manage the processes necessary for the provision of timely appropriate document submissions and transmittals.
Ensure the quality standards of the JV and the Client are consistently met.
Ensure any CS&A sub-contractor document management systems and submissions satisfy the requirements of the Project.
Ensure documents can be tracked in a timely manner.
Manage document control process for the CS&A team as required.
Attend meetings as dictated by the project requirements.
Support and advise the CS&A team as required.
Record, place and track orders for products and/or services.
Operate computer terminal to log ordering and receiving and to retrieve and enter data in general.
Perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork.
Provide assistance with basic tasks where requested and perform other related support duties such as shipping, inspecting, entering orders, inventory counts, etc.
Compile and maintain records for the team.
Prepare, issue, and send out packaging slips, mail, invoices, bills, receipts, etc…related to business activities.
Prepare and submit shipments to shipping department.
May prepare and submit purchase orders for suppliers.
40 hours per week.
Hybrid working optional.
Rate to be confirmed.


Experience of Document control.
At least 5 years experience of working within systems and procedures.
Full working knowledge of data bases.
Computer literate.
Organised and efficient.
Be able to work to tight deadlines.
Team worker/Welcoming approach
Good timekeeping/time management
Candidates will be required to obtain BPSS clearance.
