2nd Line Core Application Support Engineer

I am on the lookout for a 2nd Line Core Application support Engineer to maintain a complex secure solution. The role will primarily involve incident management on our clients' live system, on incidents that have been escalated from 2nd line resources that are often remotely based environments
There will be the opportunity to work directly with the Military and Royal Navy. Off the back of this, there is the opportunity to work on end to end projects that are implemented to Military sites and Naval ships.
This client heavily invests in individuals through internal training platforms and external training courses to keep you up to date with bleeding edge technologies.
Resolving own problems and incidents and deliver solutions to issues.
Opportunity to become a subject matter expert in a technology area that we are supporting or will be delivering as a future upgrade then you could find yourself involved in some exciting project work.
Experience need to be successful:
- Windows Server experience
- Lync/Skype experience
- SCCM experience
Technology stack you will be working with:
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 r2 or later
- Exchange 2013
- Sharepoint 2013
- Powershell and other scripting experience
- Microsoft WSUS and SCCM design, management, troubleshooting
- SQL 2012
