Contracts Data Administrator; Chester; Contract
Working for our client based near Chester, you will operationally work with provided templates and all relevant lease contracts from the real estate organisation in order to transfer the required data into the template. As most of the contracts are available digitally, you will be required to copy and paste information, but also extract information, in order to transfer data into the table.
With a focused view on contracts, you will be able to extract the necessary information without limiting it and also being able to identify when it is necessary to seek clarification form the designated focal point from real estate.
You will be expected to report progress on daily basis to the designated Technical Interface and deliver a monthly update report to the HO UK Real Estate and General Zoning.
For all activities, our client will ensure the right training on the job.
You will be able to extract relevant information from a contract to identify i.e. lease terms, clauses and options, landlord information and tenant information. (A legal background is not required.)
You will be conversant with populating data in a predefined format, and conversant with MS Outlook or equivalent.
You will be expected to extract relevant information from a contract and accurately populate this into the predefined format, (emphasis on accuracy not speed)
Ideally, you will have experience of dealing with contracts in a real estate / property environment - highly desirable
Excellent IT skills - MS Office, spreadsheet population, daily & monthly reporting
Be able to identify key contract terms and conditions and extract this data
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional languages would be beneficial as this is a transnational project but in no means essential
Exceptional attention to detail and working on own initiative
