Contract Coordinator: 3-6 Month Fixed Term Contract: Warrington: Paying £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (DOE)

Our leading maintenance client are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to join their team. The Contacts Coordinator will be the right hand to the Contracts Manager and a permanent position could be offered for the right person in this role.

As Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Looking at various protocols and identify risk for work packages
  • Managing the department in the absence of the Contracts Manager
  • Driving and fostering continuous improvement initiatives, escalate any issues accordingly
  • Supporting contract enhancement and retention
  • Understanding and adopting all central processes and operating systems relevant to the role

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have the following skills/experience:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Good IT skills - will be required to use internal company system (Vixen)
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are key attributes
