Design commercial solutions for bidding projects
Respond to commercial conditions of tenders and prepare other commercial documents
Analyze commercial/legal/Delivery risks
Negotiate and review terms and conditions of (both sales and subcontracting) contracts
Support sales and product teams in identifying market opportunities and define appropriate strategy by providing commercial opinion.
Contract Management/ Risk management during project fulfillment/execution
Handle contract amendments or disputes.
Acting as main negotiator of the sales contract.
Ensure the sales contract quality.
Bachelor or higher degree in commerce, international trade or law.
Experience of working with world leading telecoms business will be very desirable.
Five years or more experience with bidding commercial activities in a similar environment.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability present to customer
Project fulfillment risk management background
Good contract and business letter drafting skill.
Financial/economic analysis experience and skill is an advantage.
Excellent English and German in written and spoken
