Contact Centre Development Manager
The role entails designing a solution to justify the cost of the Lead Development Contact Centre. It's a public facing centre which deals with customer services. The role will be to generate business cases to warrant the cost of the centre.
The role is for a well-known and highly respected train operating company and you will be working as part of a large bid team working on a bid for a future franchise. The role will be an initial 3-4 month contract and based in London.
It is essential for the successful applicant to be fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Previous Rail indsutry experience and Rail bidding expereince would be helpful.
Rate of pay: Very good rates. Negotiable due to experience.
Start date: As soon as possible.
