Our client is looking for a Commissioning Process Coordinator for a contract role based outside Glasgow.
Integrated in the client Commissioning Team.
Multiple daily contacts with all Project stakeholders: Company, Contractors, central departments, OCC and Operations.
Dealing with a very high number of documents and information to process, record and tracking (several hundreds or thousands).
Need to understand the basis of the commissioning methodology, and have the adequate drive to chase the very high number of Certificates in due time and with the adequate interpersonal skills to avoid excessive numbers of reminders.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
Associate degree in office administration, or in project-related administrative assistant roles in electric environment.
Proven Process or Document Control experience.
Documentation Quality Assurance - related experience in Transmission or Distribution or Electro-mechanical Industrial projects.
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, drive and ability to work with others in collaborative manner, assertive and non-confrontational behaviour.
Being able to get information and documentation quickly and without repeated reminders to stakeholders.
Above average proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite, especially Excel, and some knowledge of databases and/or document control systems.
Ability to manage very important amounts of documents in main electronic but also paper versions.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and ability to manage changing priorities.
Experience with projects (structure and procedures).
