Commercial Officer

Working within the commercial function of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), this role represents an exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering a programme of five overseas Facilities Management (FM) procurements.
The programme is known as the Overseas Prime Contract (OPC) and covers re-letting contracts in Gibraltar, Cyprus, the South Atlantic Island and Germany & Rest of Europe.
OPC is led by the OPC Commercial Lead with commercial teams delivering each of the five procurements.
The Prime Contract Office (PMO) reports into the OPC Lead and provides PMO services and shared admin support across the OPC programme.

Duties required of the Senior Commercial Officer:

The evolving nature of the Programme and therefore the tasks which the team will be required to deliver will support the development of the post holder across a wide range of core and functional competences.
