Commercial Partner - Fixed Term (18 Month Contract)

We are looking for a Commercial Partner to join on a full-time, 18 month fixed term Contract to cover a period of Maternity leave. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Partner you will be responsible for preparing contract documents, providing commercial support and assistance for the preparation of bids, tenders, contractual agreements and clarification issues in accordance with statutory and internal requirements.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

* Providing commercial support to Project Managers & Bid Managers
* Negotiation of contractual documents such as NDA's and teaming agreements
* Compiling and submitting tenders and commercial responses to Clients to the required
standard and deadline
* Reading, checking, amending and, negotiating contract terms and conditions with Clients
and Subcontractors

Qualification: law degree or equivalent. Experience essential but not necessarily in Defence domain.
