Your main duties will include (but not limited to):
Prepare timely, concise and compliant invoices in relation to their clients assets
Collate, update and monitor the cost and income accrual tracking systems
Process, check and update payroll reconciliation reports on a weekly basis
Assist with the preparation and subsequent reporting of monthly Cost Variation Reports.
Assist with the preparation of cost time resource estimates
Be responsible for administration and subsequent close out of all credit control queries
Preparation of monthly value of work done reports
Provide commercial support to Commercial Manager, working closely with the logistics team to ensure that all commercial responsibilities relating to their clients assets are fulfilled at all times
Ensure that all records are kept for audit purposes
Maintain records in line with company and client requirements
Liaise with planners/buyers to update and amend forecast reports
Attend and participate in all in-house requested meetings
Track and report monthly man-hours and man-numbers in a timely manner
Ensure that the company procedures are observed throughout the whole commercial process
The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and SAP
and be have excellent numeric skills
You will possess good communication skills both verbal and written
Oil and gas experience preferable, but not essential
This role is Temporary but may lead to Permanent for the right candidate.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.50hours per week, with the felixibility for additional hours when schedules demand.
Interviews will take place at the Clients Norwich premises.
