The Commercial team is seeking a highly organised individual to act as the key team coordinator to the team. This role will provide all administration requirements including supporting budget planning/control and coordinating document preparation for team projects. This is an exciting role in a growing team during a period of high growth with our client.

Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative duties including emailing, answering calls, supporting clients
* Assist with the modification of documents, including correspondence and reports
* Manage calendars, schedules and coordinate meetings
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting schedules, agendas, content and minutes for all relevant internal/external meetings
* Coordinate and monitor actions and deadlines, alongside process mapping and documentation management
* Support the Heads of Retail in controlling and planning departmental budgets and liaise with Finance to ensure the timely resolution of queries and production of reports
* Undertake research and analysis supporting commercial project activity
* Coordinate and publish business reporting requirements
* Maintain contracts register coordination of contract start/end dates, ensuring all contracts are in date, signed and on file
* Act as a point of contact between commercial and legal, ensuring contract queries are logged, responded to and issues escalated as appropriate
* Develop strong relationships with key colleagues within finance, legal and marketing to enable efficient and clearly defined management and reporting processes
* Support the commercial team with ad hoc projects, including marketing incentives, performance action plans, sales pipelines, strategy work
* Other ad hoc duties as specified by the commercial team

The Successful Candidate:
For this role, previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment and providing administration to teams is important. You will be a customer focused individual with initiative and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be experienced user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and be used to managing multiple stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have a high energy/can-do attitude.
