Position Overview

Responsible for supporting the delivery and maintenance of an efficient and effective Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including Asset Register, Improvement Projects, Master Data Management and CMMS technical support to frontline maintenance and operations to ensure compliance with current legislation and company standards.

Accountabilities

Maintain the data to ensure a robust CMMS to support effective and efficient work execution offshore
Support of the processes to maintain quality data held within the CMMS
Applying the changes in Maximo for Job Plan and PM amendments, Locations etc.
Development and maintenance of "how to" training material covering the use of the CMMS in support of the key company processes

Key Duties

Update the CMMS with master data i.e. Locations, Assets, Job Plans, PMs, Routes etc. as requested through the appropriate MoC process.
Responsible for ensuring the CMMS meets HSE requirements that can be demonstrated on demand
Support the current HSE plan and ensure delivery of HSE related activities
Assist in the review of system change requests and ensure that agreed changes are made in the CMMS
Deliver regular and ad hoc reports as required using Maximo BIRT and QBR
Plan and execute rollouts of CMMS functionality changes
Play an active role in development of the centre of expertise for CMMS
Support the efficient use of CMMS, liaising with asset and functional teams as necessary to gather gaps in current requirements and create functional specification documents
Ensuring new users receive appropriate training
Ensure that all changes to the CMMS are coherent with the company business objectives, fully tested and rigorously documented
Ensure the maintenance of system documentation, including a record of all changes to the function of the system
Test all bulk data loads to the CMMS according to a test plan prior to loading into the live system
Attend departmental and team meetings as required to gain understanding of maintenance and reliability community needs, expectations and direction
Undertake site visits, including offshore, to support and coach frontline teams as required

Education Attainment & Accreditation

Qualified to degree level or equivalent or substantial technical experience in similar position in Oil & Gas

Professional Skills & Experience

Extensive experience in the areas of Maintenance Management and Operations Excellence with a relevant tertiary education
Extensive knowledge and experience of Computerised Maintenance Management and Reporting Systems e.g. Maximo, Business Objects, Teradata, Spot fire, Business process management.
Change management/improvement project experience and associated analytical toolkit i.e. Lean, general process mapping/debottlenecking
