We are looking for an experienced and motivated technical manager to coach, grow, and partner with technically skilled, customer-facing Solutions Architects.
Under the responsibility of FE Project, you will be part of the Flexible Engine SA team, to support customers' requirements and to develop solutions in order to expand sales into this domain.
You will help develop the industry's best cloud-based solutions architects by enabling and coaching them on best practices, solution focus, presentation and speaking skills, as well as how to create and present architectures of widely varying size and complexity.
*Understand, communicate, and clarify our clients cloud service target customers and industry cloud requirements, explore key opportunities in the public cloud business domain, and drive and promote the development of key market objectives.
*Coordinate with all parties to plan, design, verify, and consume cloud service solutions for customers and partners, and take responsibility for cloud service project operation, revenue target achievement, and customer satisfaction through E2E project operation and customer relationship management.
*Promote the implementation of our clients cloud service ecosystem construction and channel policies, implement the brand marketing and go-to-market strategies of our clients cloud service solutions, and continuously expand new customers and partners.
*Business skill requirements:
*Have a good communication and customer service awareness, be proactive in attitude, and prioritize in the cloud scenario.
*Have the skills related to customer relationship building and sales project operation. Have the customer line background (solution sales/customer direct sales/channel sales). Experience in cloud computing, enterprise industry development, and project management is preferred.
Professional knowledge requirements:
*Have a good command of the policies, processes, products, and solutions related to public cloud services. Be able to learn and understand the industry characteristics and cloudification trend of the customer, and have strong learning willingness and learning capability.
*Have basic knowledge about cloud computing or solution sales or sales project operations, and be able to apply the knowledge based on public cloud development.
Willing and enthusiastic to develop in public cloud services, dare to challenge yourself and perseverance, have a strong achievement orientation and can work under pressure
*Technical degree required Computer Science or Math background highly desired
*excellent candidates will be considered with 2+ years of related experience
*Ability to understand customer needs to target the desired solution.
*Excellent ability to collaborate with a variety of people (product management, engineering…).
*Ability to interface with the customers and work in a multicultural environment.
*Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
*Experience in Cloud Business is a plus
* Fluent in both French and English (written & verbal communication)
