Morson International are pleased to offer a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Client Coordinator or Account Manager to join their Clients team based in Daventry.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 0800-1730 (variable), minimum 37.5 hours per week, some overtime opportunities may be available, salary circa £24k.
Applicants must have a minimum two years experience in Client Coordination and/or Account Management as day to day role will include full ownership of a minimum of 3 Client Accounts.
Main duties will include:
- Full ownership and management of 3 client account
- Liaise directly with clients from start to finish inclusive of order taking, invoicing, resolving queries and complaints
- Liaise with Warehouse Stakeholders on a daily basis
- Collating information and producing reports
- Working closely with with the Commercial director to advise of further opportunities for upselling and potential growth with current clients
- Work closely with the clients to produce a forecast of requirements and orders
- Maintain client status reports on open projects
