Our client, a leading Energy company based in Glasgow city centre are looking for a Clerical assistant to join their team in a contract role, initially for 12 months.

They are looking for Admin and Clerical Support for their Customer Connections team. Including the acceptance process, operate & maintain systems, keeping records up to date, transferring of data, assisting in the complaints process and providing reports.

Duties will include
Manage correspondence / documents
Data management on various systems
Investigate & prepare responses to enquiries & complaints
General clerical support
Providing reports to management
Ensure quality standards are met
Administer and process all paperwork during each project
Deliver great customer service

Skills & Experience
Great Customer service / Telephony skills
Creative mind to develop solutions to complex issues
Confident dealing with Internal or External clients / companies
Knowledge of Network / business data management, procedures and policies
Strong planning and organisation skills
