The Channel Manager is responsible for existing and new Enterprise Channel Partners in the ICT domain. The Channel Manager recruits, enables and develops partners. Represent gthe business in all activities associated with channel support. Responsible for driving Channel revenue growth consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets of the region. Revenue opportunities are identified and realized through the strategy build with assigned partners. Executes and educates partners and partner community on programs and influences the adoption of solutions. Inform partners about our programs, products and solutions that can benefit their partners and customers needs. Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations entire product line may have more in-depth knowledge on a subset of products or services. Works with partners on go to market strategy and facilitates partnering efforts with High Touch and Solution Teams. Understands how to work with all aspects of partners and their ecosystem. Adds value in the sales cycle of partners and their partners opportunity by acting as a sales coach or by contributing personally in a given customer opportunity. Ideally has end user sales experience. The Channel Manager reports to the Netherlands Channel Director and:
Develops and implements strategies for targeted partner accounts
Maintains a network among partner organizations, as well as colleagues and customers to share information and build prospects
Anticipates the partners needs & formulates effective solutions
In-depth knowledge of industry and multiple areas of Channel sales
In-depth knowledge of the company's products/solutions
Ability to influence others to achieve results.
Ability to listen and react accordingly
Good understanding of the competition.
Strategic planning abilities.
Business Orientated and Performance Driven
Minimal 3-5 years of experience in channel management related to the enterprise ICT market
Thorough understanding and/or practical knowledge of Networking and Server/Storage technology
Proven success and track record
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to establish, maintain and expand commercial network
Fluent in English and Dutch languages
