This is a crucial role, pushing through change and transformation through a large organisation looking to create a wide reaching performance enhancements, customer journey success and process improvement.
Culturally and professionally you'll need to understand big business - the challenges inherent in getting the shift in mindset implemented across multi-site, multi-discipline teams with widely differing objectives.
